First deck I've cranked out w/ the new set and ARDB. It is deliberately toolboxy, since I want to get a feel for the new cards. It would be quite easy to rip out most of the reactions and crank it up to true multirush.

Bundi is a good call, but I'd propably use Blade of Enoch instead of Bundi, for the anti-frenziness.

You mean you would double up on BoE? I already have one copy.

I was just thinking about getting around grapple. I figured with the Bundi as a permanent, transient Groundfighting, a good dose of prevent and the ability to either press through or press out w/ the Psyches, that I had that angle covered.

Oh dear, seems I haven't drinked enough coffee today yet. I so missed the Blade of Enoch there.

My bad.

And Anarch Revolt and Powerbase: LA. But yes, mainly for those two cards. They are both strong.

Well you don't actually need to be Anarch to play those two cards. You just avoid the damage from the revolt and gain a secondary benefit with the Powerbase.

Though only Fatima can benefit from Diversion. Sure Kanya can play the cel part of it too. But is it worth wasting the effort to become Anarch just for those cards? Fatima can easily play Pursuit and a couple other cards to gain additional strike as well. And there is disengage if you are really worried 'bout IG. And playing those cards would free up some space for something else. Also, just noticed. Why is Alamut in there you aren't voting?

He'll be presumably bleeding for a fair bit, which makes Alamut (should it appear early enough) decent vote defense.

Alright, a bit prayerish. But it could be worth it.

Well, taking pool from you own AR is significant, and the untap from PB:LA is what makes it better than Barrens.

It's all about saving card slots. Diversions work as prevent or additionals, instead of having to play Pursuit and Fortitude prevent cards. As with any deck doing combat + anything else, card slots and card flow are paramount design considerations.

i believe Groundfighting helps null frenzies if they affect your choice of strikes when you are equipped w/ a weapon... hmm, another benefit of being Anarch? might be able to not worry about BoE so much.
